Boer meat goats were developed in South Africa in the early 1900s for meat production. Since their introduction in the United States, Boer goats have been very popular as a source of meat for many different culinary uses and religious holidays. Our Boer goats are fed on well maintained pastures combined with locally made grains and minerals. Each of our goats are in great health and receive a quarterly hoof trim along with a scheduled treatment to eliminate worms and parasites.
You can see the difference in quality in our goats just by looking at them in person. Their bodies are full with bright shiny coats and clear eyes. We spend a lot of time taking care of our goats so that we end up with an excellent quality food product.
